Google is holding an event this Wednesday (Feb 2nd) to officially launch the Google Android 3.0 OS AKA Honeycomb.
The event is being held at the Google headquarters in Mountain View this Wednesday. It’s invite only, so don’t show up if you haven’t received an invitation.
It is expected that Google will give a full run down of the operating system and show off the final version. Hands-on demos will also be happening that day to let reporters show the world exactly what they can expect when tablets ship with the new operating system.
Google is opening up the announcement to all on its Youtube channel found at youtube.com/android.
