iFixit got hold of a new Logitech Revue Google TV Companion box to tear it down and see what exactly is inside.
The technical specs of the Logitech Revue show that it has a 1.2GHz Intel Atom running inside. It has 1GB of DDR3 memory. For storage it has a 5GB NAND flash inside.
Some interesting finds show that it has a ton of unused space in the box allowing it to keep cool when it heats up a bit. The internal fan uses a duct system to push air across the CPU heat sink.
The full Revue teardown can be found over at iFixit.
