Magellan are launching the RoadMate 1700 satnav unit. It has a 7 inch touchscreen in a widescreen aspect.
The satnav unit has complete maps of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico along with over 6 million points of interest for you to always find something interesting near by.
AAA TourBook listings are built in as well as the ability for text-to-speech so that roadnames can be spoken out when directing you. Memory wise it can be updated with a microSD card.
It looks like a nice satnav device and one well worth looking out for. It is expected to be launched for $299.99 sometime mid September.
