Nokia has a number of smartphone announcements today. A few moments ago we wrote about the Nokia E7 QWERTY slider phone that is aimed at business users.
These next two phones are aimed at those who enjoy connecting over social networks. The Nokia C6 and C7 each run the latest OS, Symbian^3. Camera wise, each has an 8 megapixel sensor that is capable of capturing HD video at a 720p resolution.
The Nokia C7 has a 3.5 inch AMOLED display and is built from stainless steel, glass and has soft edges. Price wise it will cost 335 when it launched (price excludes tax and subsidies).
The Nokia C6 has a smaller 3.2 inch AMOLED screen that is touch screen. Like the Nokia E7, this phone also uses the ClearBlack technology to help with a clearer screen when outdoors. The C6 will cost 260 when it launches. This price is before tax and subsidies.
Each of the new smartphones is scheduled to launch before the end of the year although no specific dates are available. We’ll get more details to you closer to launch.
