iFixit has followed tradition and has now managed to get hold of a Nokia N8 to tear apart.
The N8s unique feature is that it has a 12 megapixel camera sensor. To cram the sensor in, Nokia actually made the camera protrude out of the case a little to keep the casing thinner.
The camera flash uses a Xenon flash tube that is similar to those found in real cameras.
Another observation shows that replacing the glass or screen is relatively easy as the two are not glued together. The screen is a 3.5 inch AMOLED that can display 640 x 360 pixels.
Take a look at the full teardown over at iFixit to see what its all about.
