Palm have launched a new in-browser SDK called Ares pitch that allows you to create apps for the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi with out a lot of coding knowledge.
The service uses drag and drop features where you can place buttons, boxes and other types of functions on to the screen. When all objects are placed in the correct location you then need to know a bit of coding to get them to work correctly together.
To help with the programming side of things, Palm include a number of tutorials to help with various functions. Although the apps created might not be completely streamlined it could allow you to create custom applications that suit your specific needs. You can log in to the service now over here and get developing right away.
