The Pioneer AVIC X920BT is an in-car satnav system designed for a double-DIN slot. It has a large 6.1 inch screen that has a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and is touch-screen too. Above the screen a slot loading CD drive can be found next to a microSD slot I guess for using a card full of MP3 audio files to play while on the move.
Down the left of the large screen all the controls can be found that includes volume, home, mode and track selections for the audio. The navigation part of the system I assume at this point is all touch-screen based.
Voice recognition is also part of the Pioneer AVIC X920BT and the nav calculations can also plan for Eco-routing. Other features built in include Bluetooth that allows you to pair up your mobile phone allowing you to take calls hands-free. The system also lets you control your phone. A USB connector can also be found on this system allowing an iPod or iPhone to be connected along with other compatible digital media.
No details of pricing or launch dates are known just yet.
