Rover Computers, a company based in Russia, has announced a new Android tablet called the RoverPad.
The RoverPad has a 10 inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. The screen is resistive rather than capacitive. The tablet supports full HD at 1080p. It has a 1GHz ZT180 processor along with 256MB of RAM and 2GB of internal storage.
A microSD card slot can be found inside to expand memory further. Other features of the RoverPad include an accelerometer, WiFi, mini USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Price wise, it will cost $380 when it launches. For the operating system it runs the Google Android 2.1 OS and there is no mention of an update to 2.2 mentioned on the site.

I expected to see more tablets on the market in time for Christmas as the iPad is not really up to much, in my opinion it is all marketing hype. The Samsung Galaxy looks amazing.
