The tPhone is similar to the Peel 520 in that it attempts to convert your iPod touch in to an iPhone.
The tPhone makes your iPod touch in to an iPhone so that it can make and receive calls as well as send and receive texts messages.
It is said to have a better design and finish to the Peel 520, but essentially achieves the same goal in terms of what it is used for.
Use of the tPhone requires that you jailbreak your iPod touch. Once jailbroken, you can install the necessary apps to bring the SMS and phone features to the iPod.
Spec wise, the tPhone is made of hard plastic. Inside you’ll find a non-removable 1200mAh batter to give more juice to the iPod. A SIM card slot is also found in the side of the case allowing it to connect up to carriers. A dock connector is inside so that the iPod can communicate with the case. A mini USB port is also provided allowing you to charge the battery in the case.
