Acer have announced the Acer Aspire Timeline AS1810TZ notebook that has an 11.6″ screen that runs at a HD resolution and is backlit by LED. The notepad has a full sized keyboard and up to 8 hours of life on a single charge.

This new notebook is one of several announced by Acer with this particular model being the thinnest and lightest of the new models. It weighs 3.08 pounds which is a little less than the next model that runs at 3.5 pounds with a 13.3 inch display.
The notebook will launch on October 22 which means it will come with Windows 7 installed.
