Apple [AAPL] will be launching iTunes 9.2 soon. Right now it is available to those in the developers program only and will be tested and launched we suspect within the next week or so.
iTunes 9.2 has a number of features which includes the ability to connect to the iPhone 4, syncing abilities of the iPhone, iPod Touch and iOS 4 with iBooks 1.1. PDF document organisation is included.
iOS 4 brings folders to the iPhone 4, 3GS and 3G. The new iTunes 9.2 brings the folder features to iTunes allowing you manage your applications and folders in iTunes to sync them to the iPhone. The iOS 4 release date is June 21 which we suspect that iTunes 9.2 will be made ready either the same time, or a few days before.
The last few features indicate that backups will run quicker in iTunes 9.2 when syncing devices running OS 4.
When iTunes 9.2 is ready for download, we’ll let you know.
