Google has confirmed that it is about to begin pushing out an update for Samsung Galaxy Nexus owners. The update is a fix for the volume bug which sees the device in some cases have rapid volume changes while trying to use the phone.

A new app called Cluzee has launched. The app is available for Android smartphones and works as a personal assistant much like Siri for the iPhone 4S although in some cases, it’s a little more comprehensive.
Google Maps Turns Indoors on Android
Google [GOOG] has added a new feature to Google Maps for Android devices. The new feature lets you navigate indoors around a building and is even capable of telling you what floor you are on.
The reason for the new feature is that when you navigate to a destination such as from your home to the airport, you are taken door to door. With the latest version of Maps (6.0) you can now see exactly where you need to go when you get to the door of the airport. Accuracy is available within several meters and the software can detect when you move floors.
HTC Ville Pictured – Thinnest Smartphone from HTC
The image below is of a new device which is believed to be called the HTC Ville. The new device claims to be one of (or the) thinnest smartphone measuring just 8mm thin. That beats the iPhone 4S which is 9.3mm thick and the Galaxy S II which is 8.49mm at its thinnest point.

Apple has approved the iTether app for release in the App Store. The new app allows you to use the internet connection on your iPhone and share it with another device such as a Mac or PC over a USB connection.
