NetGurus came across a cool little 4GB USB mass storage device that looks like a stone. Apparently it will share similar properties to an actual stone (meaning it will hurt if you chuck it at someone). Hopefully all that hard protection will push it in to the rugged category of USB devices.
The drive is made from synthetic resin and it will measure 53 x 40 x 25mm. Looks great to me 🙂

This mouse and key set can be controlled by your feet. It allows hands free operation of the mouse cursor and can speed up production time in the office. Included in the set is a foot slipper type device in which you put your foot, and on the other side you have several programmable keys which can perform various tasks.
I am unsure at the moment where this mouse is available from as the source did not mention it. However, it was still worth mentioning on gadgetvenue.
This little robot is available in kit form and costs just $77. Out of the box it comes with 3 pre programmed settings to avoid objects, follow a line and listen to noise. If you are a geek then you can connect it up to a Windows based PC and use the serial cable to send your own programs down to it. The software has 180 different instructions you can play around with.

When laser pens started becoming popular several years ago they were the thing to have. I remember getting one for 3 quid in Paris and it could project different shapes on to the wall depending what tiny lens was screwed on to the end of it. Now they have just introduced the Laser Clock which projects the actual time on to any surface. I have to admit that I do not know if its actually a laser clock, or just a bright red LED… either way its kind of cool.

Bender is a charachter from Futurama and now he has been created as a 3 inch tall metal (nickel plated at that) toy which can turn his head around 360 degrees. Unfortunately no insults are included when you buy this mini bender. But, it will still make any office desk a tad cooler. Mini Bender is available from ThinkGeek and costs $9.99.
The paper battery is constructed of carbon nanotubes which measure just a millionth of an inch thick. These are then embedded in to paper and soaked in liquid electrolytes. These types of battery could be made useful. If you stick a few hundred together then you will get that many times of voltage output. These types of batteries can be used in side the body more safely and power devices which are needed in a pace maker for example.

These USB flash drives are not what you normally see. They are custom built from old cars and I must admit that they do look rather cool. Each costs $17 and has a capacity of 256MB. Another picture is available after the jump.
A store in Mansfield Ohio in the US decided to use an RC helicopter to draw the prize to win a free RC truck. I must admit that this is a fairly creative way of accomplishing this.
The digital pencil is designed for those who hate to use their finger on the touch pad of their laptop. It makes it more comfortable to move the mouse pointer around and also allows the user to draw with the pencil and have their creations put on the screen. If you have seen the Matrix movie then you will be familiar with the green Matrix text which scrolls down the screen quite often during the film. A screen saver generator has been created which allows you to input your own text and import the animated GIF file on to your mobile phone to use as the backdrop.

The little safe is built in a Heinz Baked Beanz can and can be used to disguise your valuables in the kitchen amongst the other cans of food that you keep. The can is identical to other cans in dimensions and it weighs 200g.

Here is a fairly odd looking SUV built by Citroen which has 6 wheels and is named the C-Crosser. According to one source, four of the wheels are powered by an engine and 2 of them by electric. I do not know fully why they chose that config yet, but I am sure someone will comment with the answer soon 🙂
