Recently, Adobe announced that Flash for mobile will no longer be supported. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich was the last mobile OS to get an official build of Flash for it. Luckily (for those who really want Flash), there is a way to get mobile Flash running on Jelly Bean.
Adobe Flash can still run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean – with some tweaking

Speedier Facebook App Created by Former Apple Engineers Coming Next Year
The current Facebook app for iOS is a tad slow and cumbersome to use. It does its job but not too well in my opinion. We heard rumours last month that Facebook was giving the app an overhaul to make it more speedy. We now hear today that Facebook has hired several ex Apple engineers to work on the app which will now be launching next year with a complete overhaul.
Samsung Galaxy Note Coming Soon to T-Mobile
The Samsung Galaxy Note will be launching on the T-Mobile network in the US. Rumours about a T-Mobile launch have been going around for quite a while now (several months in fact), so now that we have actual confirmation in the form of a “Coming Soon” page on the T-Mobile site, I think it’s safe to say that it will be here very soon.

BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Gets Siri-like Voice Commands
A new version of BlackBerry 10 was launched recently to developers (BB10 Dev Alpha). Along with that new launch the OS comes with a new voice command system. At the moment, it appears that RIM is using the same technology that Apple uses (Nuance) as the voice responses appear to be identical to what Siri sounds like albeit, far less advanced at the moment as there’s a lack of things it can do.
Rumours Indicate Apple Will Include a Dock Adapter for new iPhone
Yesterday we wrote that Apple is to do away with the 30 pin connector on the new iPhone and instead, will opt for a 19 pin (smaller) connector. The main reason for this appears to be a space saving exercise so that the few extra mm can be used for other chips such as LTE 4G etc…
Galaxy Nexus Drops to $99 on Verizon
The Galaxy Nexus on the Verizon network in the US has had a price drop taking it down to just $99.99 when you sign up for a two year contract. Reasons for the drop are not known although it could be a number of reasons such as the launch of the Galaxy S III taking away the sales or perhaps Verizon has information about Google preparing a next generation smartphone for launch in the near future.
Free App Downloads on iOS 6 Beta 3 Require No Password
Apple has made a few changes to the app store on iOS 6. As well as a new look, Apple also dumped the need for you to enter a password when downloading updates for apps. In the beta 3 version which launched last week, Apple also got rid of the need to enter a password when downloading a free app from the app store.
iPhone 5 Could get a Smaller Dock Connector
We’ve seen pictures before of the supposed iPhone 5 along with a smaller dock connector (see picture below), but now we are hearing even more hints that the regular 30 pin dock connector could be replaced with a smaller version taking up less space on the bottom of the device. As well as making a smaller dock connector, Apple could also be moving the 3.5mm headphone jack to the under side of the device.
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Not Arriving on HTC Desire HD
HTC has confirmed in a statement that the Desire HD will not be getting an update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The main reason behind it is that after testing they found that it wouldn’t provide customers with the best experience for a smartphone. The full statement can be found after the image below.
iPhone 5 Production Rumoured to Have Started
Although Apple [AAPL] has yet to announce the iPhone 5, or indeed set a date for the announcement, rumours are now indicating that production of the next generation iPhone has just begun.
Launch dates for the new iPhone indicate that we might be seeing it sometime between August and October which is a given really considering the iPhone 4S launched last October and Apple typically launches 1 new smartphone each year.
