The Tivoli iYiYi (how do you say that?) is a new iPod docking station / speaker system which looks very slick. It should hit the shelves at $300. It has 2 x 3-inch mid range drivers built in also an FM/AM radio and alarm/digital clock. It has a remote control and an LCD display.

Wireless computer shrunk to smaller than a credit card

This is great news… and incredible that so much can be put in one small credit card sized device… ok I am sure it’s the usual “credit card sized… but about 10 credit cards thick” but either way… it’s cool.

The CM-X270L is just 4.4 x 6.6 CM and squashes in an Intel XScale Chip which runs windows CE or nix. It squashes 128Mb RAM, a sound card and a 802.11b wireless card. Oh, and it has half a gig of flash too. I also forgot to mention the 4 USB ports with wired networking ๐Ÿ™‚

LG’s U400 3G slider

LG created some great looking things I have noticed over the past year. I always thought of them as a cheesy brand. How little did I know!

Anyway, the new LG U400 3G slider has been launched and it looks fab. It has a glossy Black finish to it, has UMTS compatibility, and has a nice scroll wheel for MP3’s. Also built in is a 2 meg pixel camera and a Micro SD slot.

If you currently subscribe to Verizon then it is even less at $59.99 per month.

Samsung P300

The P300 is the latest in the line up of mobile phones from Samsung. My first impression was that this looks like a calculator. It is a phone though ๐Ÿ˜‰ and I am sure it does have a calculator on it too.

The P300 is the size of a credit card and not much thicker either. It’s dims are 8.6 x 5.4 x 0.9cm. It’s screen is a 1.8″ LCD which is very good on the eyes.

Important stats include Bluetooth, tri-band (900/1,800/1,900 MHz) GSM/GPRS network connectivity and a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and 4x digital zoom. If that wasn’t enough the phone manages to pack in an MP3 player supporting MP3, AAC, AAC+ and e-AAC formats, a video recorder with playback and video messaging capabilities, and 80MB of memory.
