A new app called Cluzee has launched. The app is available for Android smartphones and works as a personal assistant much like Siri for the iPhone 4S although in some cases, it’s a little more comprehensive.
When providing feedback by voice to let you know what you have planned for the day, the service is able to connect to the web to pull information. An example shared in the video below shows that the system automatically emails a medical report to the doctors and also reminds you to avoid a particular street due to roadworks for that doctors appointment. All this information can be gathered by simply asking it what your schedule looks like today.
Emails and texts can be each read out aloud as well as replied to. Reading emails is something that Siri currently lacks for some reason.

We just need the right information at the right time, which Cluzee intelligently provides, making us more productive. Technology created the problem, but we’re using smarter technology to solve it.”
If the Cluzee personal assistant works as described in the video it will certainly take off. Ashish hits the nail on the head when he mentions information overload in the quote above.
What will make Cluzee more interesting in the future is that it will be going web based which means it will be accessible on any device such as smartphones and tablets.
