Google has launched Scribbles for Gmail. The new service works on Gmail on the web browser and within the iOS app and allows users to scribble a message to someone rather than typing.
To access the new function you need to compose a new message (or reply). When there, you’ll see a small scribble icon on the top right of the compose pane. Tap on it to be taken to a screen where you can scribble out your message.
At the end of the day, it’s a blank canvas. What do you want to share? To get started, head to mail.google.com on your iOS 4+, Android 3.1+ or Playbook device, or download the Gmail app for iOS from the App Store today.
