Unfortunately it’s going to take more than a few guess’s to figure out when Gran Turismo 5 will finally land on retailers shelves. We’re finding many varied reports and idea’s across the web as to the official release date for the driving simulator.
GT 5 initially had a launch date for November 3rd, yep that’s right… Today! But that was blown away when the online retailer Amazon had the game listed for a 2011 release.
So what are we to believe?? To be honest it’s now pretty easy to take any date given with a pinch of salt and it’ll be made just as clear if we were to tell you that ‘GT 5 will arrive when it arrives’.
What’s interesting though is that the series creator Kazunori Yamauchi told the Jalopnik website that game disc are currently in production saying…
“The discs are being stamped as we speak”
With everything said and done, Gran Turismo 5 is set to be the most up-to-date and ground-breaking game of it’s kind. Boasting incredible graphics, a unique weather system, and over 1000 cars to peruse and drive in across 70 plus tracks including famous world circuits and city courses, Gran Turismo 5 will make any racing sim fan and motorhead more than happy, for a long, long time to come, when it actually does that is.
