Since the launch of Gran Turismo 5 on the PlayStation 3, a couple of updates have arrived to fix the odd problem here and there. This new update is rather large though in that it’s a 600MB download and brings a number of new features to the game.
The 600Mb update brings more realism to the game and also adds the GT academy. Seasonal events are now part of the game as well as a new hot car dealer.
Custom background music can now be used on the game as well as differences in mechanical damage that is now available.
The Seasonal events section allows you to participate in official on-line events. When connecting to a race, you get specific racing conditions as well as the chance to gain experience points as you progress through the ranks.
The Hot Car Dealer option we mentioned above has been added to help you find more rare cars to purchase. This filters out regular cars from the main dealer making them easy to find.
Overall, an impressive update and well worth downloading.

Ahh this game is missing so much.. I guess we should be grateful that they are trying to improve some areas.. overall the *game* is still lacking.
A virtue to be serviceable must, like gold, be alloyed with some commoner, but more durable alloy.
