The video below is a demonstration of what HDR video looks like. The HDR video was created by putting two Canon 5D Mark II digital SLR cameras together. By using a beam splitter they were able to get the cameras to look at exactly the same object. Each camera has a slightly different exposure setting and when the two are combined, it creates the HDR video.
The full details of how this was accomplished are not provided. As can be seen in the results below though, it looks great.
