If you want to sync up with your iPhone 4 next week, or iOS 4 3GS or 3G, then you need to start downloading and install the latest iTunes 9.2 update that arrived last night.
Apple [AAPL] has put a number of new features in to iTunes 9.2 which includes folder support for iOS 4, iBooks support on the iPhone and iPod Touch and PDF syncing.

You can grab the update now by loading up iTunes and hitting the check for updates link in the menu.
