When O2 pushed out the Android 2.1 update to Dell Streak users it caused a number of problems. Features that were there before were removed such as the Facebook widget, Windows Media Video playback and PC syncronisation.
If all went well with the install then the problems just continued with some having applications and data removed. For those who have made backups, there were also problems restoring the backups.
In other words, hold off installing it for now. The last we heard was that it had been pulled. If it’s back then I’d be tempted to wait a little while until testing is finished with.
