As can be seen already today, Motorola [MOT] is launching another device called the Motorola DROID Pro. The DROID Pro is described as being a “mobile office in your pocket” and has a number of features that allow you to keep connected to business whilst on the move.
It runs the Android 2.2 operating system, it has a QWERTY keyboard on the front of the device that allows for quick text entry when replying to text messages or emails and it has all the usual connectivity such as Wireless, Bluetooth as well as DNLA for pushing media wirelessly around your home.
The screen measures 3.1 inches and has a HVGA resolution of 320×480 pixels. The camera on the back can capture images at 5 megapixels and has a dual LED flash as well as auto focus and digital zoom.
aGPS and GPS is built in that allows you to be tracked on applications such as Google Maps and the Navigation section of maps.
Overall it looks like a great device for those who travel and prefer the bar layout that it has. Of course, we have to reserve final judgment till we see and test it, but from the specs it looks to be another decent phone.
