The Nexus S is launching this coming Thursday over in the US. For those wanting to get hold of it, one of the options is Best Buy who have now released the details of what you can expect on December 16.
Best Buy will open at 8am and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis with varying inventory across the stores in the US. A maximum of two Nexus S smartphones will be made available per customer.
Price wise, the unlocked version will cost $529. If you want it on contract that price dtops to $199 with a two year agreement (with a voice and data plan).
As for the device, the Nexus S runs Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is the first smartphone in the world to launch with that OS. It comes with new features such as NFC and a gyroscope as well as the regular aGPS etc… Overall, an impressive phone.
