LG Optimus 3D Made Official

The LG Optimus 3D has also been made official today. This new smartphone is unique in that it has dual-cameras on the back as well as a glasses free 3D screen. The 3D effect works by using a parallax barrier in a similar way to how the Nintendo 3DS screen works. Inside the LG Optimus 3D is a dual core 1GHz TI OMAP 4 processor. The 3D screen on the front measures 4.3 inches and is in a WVGA resolution. The parallax barrier can be switched off for times when it isn’t needed to be used. LG has also customized the menus on this device to give a 3D effect.
