The Philips Xenium X530 is a flip phone about to come to the market. It features a powerful battery that can see talk times of up to 8 hours with 850 hours of stand-by time (which is just over a month of standby time).
Apart from having a powerful battery the rest of the phone is pretty much basic and entry level. Connectivity wise it runs on the tri-band range (GSM/EDGE) and has Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. On the external side there is a 1 inch OLED display for providing information such as time and caller ID. The inside see’s a 2.2″ TFT display that has 240 x 320 pixels (262K colours). A 2 megapixel camera is also included.

Reports are suggesting that this phone will only be made available in Asia and Europe when Launched. Unfortunately no details on pricing and a release date have been made available.
