Clove in the UK is the first online store to put the Samsung Galaxy Note up for pre-order. The price is currently set at £600 although this is just an estimate price as Samsung has yet to confirm what the official price will be.
Although £600 is an estimate, it does fall in line with what other countries are pricing the device at. The smartphone was recently unveiled at IFA and uses a Super AMOLED display that measures 5.3 inches. The screen has a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. One of the unique features of the Galaxy Note is that it uses a stylus that allows users to input data on the screen (ie, scribble notes). The operating system running on the Note is Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The processor on this smartphone is clocked at 1.4GHz and is dual-core. Check out the benchmark results over here. The device has plenty of RAM at 1GB and also has a couple of cameras with the one on the back capable of capturing at 8 megapixels.
