Samsung have launched a couple of very thin point and shoot cameras that measure just 0.65 inches in thickness. The cameras are called the TL110 and the TL105.
Out of the two cameras the TL110 is the higher end with a 14.2 megapixel sensor and a lens capable of 5 times optical zoom while the TL105 has a 12.2 megapixel sensor and is capable of 4 times optical zoom. Each of the cameras has both optical and digital image stabilisation.
On the back of the cameras a 2.7 inch LCD display can be found. Scene selections can be set to automatic where the camera quickly scans the image and adjusts the settings accordingly.
Each camera can capture HD video at 720p running at 30 frames per second. Software is also built in allowing for easy uploads of captured videos to services such as YouTube.
Both cameras are set to go on sale some time next month but as of yet, pricing is unknown.
