Sony has re-released version 3.41 of the latest firmware for the Sony PlayStation 3. The older 3.41 update launched recently and actually caused a problem for those upgrading the hard drive on their PS3 unit.
Some minor changes have been made to the 3.41 firmware to eradicate the problem. The changes to the update were so minor that the company decided to just keep the firmware version at 3.41 which can be downloaded now.
If you experienced problems with the 3.41 firmware then go ahead and re-download and install it now and all problems should be fixed.
