T-Mobile in the US is now selling the Samsung Galaxy Note. The large smartphone has been available in various locations since October 2011 but has now finally made it on to the T-Mobile network.
The Note costs $249 although to get it at that price you’ll need to mail in a $50 rebate. This is also the price of the device on a two-year contract.
The Samsung Galaxy Note has a 5.3 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display which makes it one of the largest smartphones to date. One of the key features is what Samsung call the S-Pen that allows you to scribble notes on the screen and annotate pages/documents and other items on the device.
On the front is a 2 megapixel camera while on the back is an 8 megapixel camera. It is powered by a dual core Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm that runs at 1.5GHz. Reviews about the device have been positive although with a 5.3 inch screen, it wont be of interest to all as it is a very large (but nice) device.
